Companies are then ranked according to their average ‘Best Place to Work Score,’ which measures a wide range of research-validated workplace factors that impact employee engagement and satisfaction. Infinitum’s ‘Best Place to Work Score’ averaged 93 out of 100 in the employee survey and 88% of employees considered themselves ‘Highly Engaged’ in the company. Infinitum values diversity and that showed in the survey where 100% of female employees indicated they felt confident of being recognized for their contributions to the organization.
