Infinitum Named a 2023 Best Place to Work by Austin Business Journal
Company recognized for creating a rewarding workplace with highly engaged employees
The Austin Business Journal’s Best Places to Work Award surveys the employees of hundreds of companies in Central Texas across six key areas: manager effectiveness, communication and resources, individual needs, personal engagement, team dynamics and trust in leadership. Companies are then ranked according to their average ‘Best Place to Work Score,’ which measures a wide range of research-validated workplace factors that impact employee engagement and satisfaction. Company rankings will be revealed at the Best Places to Work 2023 event being held on Thursday, June 22 at the Circuit of Americas in Austin.
Infinitum’s ‘Best Place to Work Score’ averaged 93 out of 100 in the employee survey and 88% of employees considered themselves ‘Highly Engaged’ in the company. Infinitum values diversity and that showed in the survey where 100% of female employees indicated they felt confident of being recognized for their contributions to the organization.
